the Church Multiplication Training Center grew out of a bold vision of seeing waves of fully prepared and intensely passionate planters starting new churches and raising up harvesters for every denomination committed to building the Kingdom of God. |

The foundation and early
development for the Church Multiplication Training Center began in the
summer of 1991. Bill Malick, then director of church planting for the
Western District of the Missionary Church, consulted with Dr. Robert
Logan and Steve Ogne (Church Resource Ministries), George Bama (Barna
Research), Fred King (C&MA) and Robert Ransom (Missionary Church)
concerning the need for a training program for church planters.
