What Is Church Planter's BootCamp?

For the Church Planter or ReStart Pastor:
Training workshops for church planting teams prior to launch
Practical skill training under the guidance of veteran church planters and coaches
Training in everything from the implications of core values to
networking and launch team formation
(Special consultation for ReStart pastors is available with CMTC Staff prior to the start of
BootCamp. Call the CMTC office for details.)

For the Coach:
A track that teaches the necessary skills to work alongside church planters
A must for the person who is new as a leader in church planting
Involves both instruction and hands-on application

PreRequisites:

The new pre-read manual, "Getting Ready" is required reading for the planter and team member at the time of registration and is shipped with the registration confirmation. The required prep work with this manual will involve a minimum of 12-15 hours prior to your arrival at BootCamp (These materials are included in the tuition fee for the planter and team members.)

Additional copies of the "Getting Ready" manual may be purchased through the CMTC office for $35.

New Three -Part Training Materials
Getting Ready: The new prerequisite study manual is to be completed prior your arrival at BootCamp. This requirement is critical to each planter and team member in order to receive the maximum benefit from the training.

Getting Set: The BootCamp event training manual will be received upon arrival at BootCamp and is designed to be used in conjunction with the pre-read manual. Everyone attending the BootCamp will receive this manual.

Getting It Done: This take-home training manual, specially designed for home study, will be a valuable resource after BootCamp for training your launch team. It will be distributed during the BootCamp to planters and team members. Additional copies will be available for purchase.
